Sr. Visual UX Designer
Below is a concept voice design tool which aimed to take Nuance Mix Dialog 1.0 and create a more readable view of each dialog flow.
You can drag and drop cards to “link” them together and create flows. Every column is a representation of a complete dialog flow.
Above the canvas are your intents (in green). Each intent acts as a folder that you can drag your dialog flows into.
Objective: Produce industry leading UX/UI for a next generation conversational AI platform—Nuance Mix.

The Mix Flow concept was very well received throughout Nuance, and helped me get promoted to work as a Senior Designer on the current version of Mix Dialog. I’ve lead design of the ever evolving QA node properties panel—including advanced conditional logic.
